II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and generate reports for different stakeholders based on their requirements and KPIs.
- Analyze data from multiple sources (e.g., CRM, ERP, website, customer feedback) to uncover actionable business insights.
- Present findings and insights in a clear and engaging way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop, format, and communicate detailed sales reporting structure to the sales team and management.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests and provide timely responses to data-related queries.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any 4-year management course/IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, charts)
- Comfortable working with data sets, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong interest in data analysis, insights generation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to interpret data and present findings in a logical and structured manner.
