I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manages and organizes documentation and contracts
  • Monitors inventory, warranties, and renewal databases
  • Prepares and consolidates service and warranty documents
  • Ensures document accuracy, integrity, and access control
  • Labels, sorts, and categorizes files for easy retrieval
  • Coordinates with teams to maintain consistent documentation practices
  • Trains employees on proper documentation usage
  • Removes outdated or obsolete documents
  • Performs additional tasks and supports extended office hours as needed

III. QUALIFICATIONS

  • College Degree (any 4-year course)
  • With at least 2 years administrative work experience
  • Proficiency in MS Productivity such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
  • Adaptability to fast facing environment and Trends culture
  • Proficiency with scanning and administrative technology
  • Physical strength and stamina for heavy lifting
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Multitasking ability
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage several responsibilities simultaneously
