DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage the service catalog and oversee the full lifecycle of Security, Infrastructure, and Consulting services, ensuring alignment with business strategy and market trends.
• Lead the launch and transition of new or enhanced services, ensuring service readiness including SLAs/OLAs, tools, compliance, and coordination with Operations, Sales, and Marketing.
• Monitor pricing, cost models, profitability, and service performance while supporting sales proposals and providing portfolio performance reports to leadership.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure ITIL, ISO, and regulatory compliance while maintaining documentation and driving continuous service improvement and innovation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (preferred):
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Experience:
• 7–10 years in service portfolio, product, or service delivery management within an MSP/IT services environment.
• Experience launching and operationalizing multi-tower services (Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications).
• Strong background in financial modeling and service lifecycle management
Certifications (preferred):
• ITIL v4 (preferred)
• PMP/PRINCE2
• Business Analysis certifications
