DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Technology Strategy and Operations

• Develop and implement technology strategies aligned with organizational and business goals.

• Oversee the design, implementation, maintenance, and optimization of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.

• Establish and manage IT Service Management (ITSM) processes including incident, problem, change, and release management.

• Manage data and analytics platforms, pipelines, and warehouses while ensuring data quality, governance, security, and compliance.

• Ensure system availability, risk management, and business continuity while collaborating with stakeholders and driving innovation and technology initiatives.

People Management

• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to support performance and career growth.

• Define team roles, responsibilities, and performance expectations.

• Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

• Identify skills gaps and implement training, upskilling, and succession planning.

• Manage team capacity, workload distribution, and support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of talent while ensuring compliance with company policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course such as:

• BS Electronics Engineering

• BS Electronics and Communications Engineering

• BS Information Technology

• BS Computer Engineering

• BS Computer Science

• BS Information Systems

Minimum Experience / Training

• Experience developing and deploying Machine Learning projects (company, freelance, or personal).

• Ability to explain the end-to-end ML development process.

• Experience integrating Data Science solutions with dashboards (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

• Experience in data modeling, quantitative analytics, data mining, and reporting.

• Knowledge or training in ITIL v4 and IT Service Management (ITSM) implementation.

• Experience supporting or implementing ITSM solutions.

Competencies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to various organizational levels.

• Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, ownership, and sense of urgency.

• Domain knowledge in industries such as Finance, Healthcare, Education, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
