DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as Occupational Health Nurse and Safety Officer 2
• Provide nursing care to injured or ill workers, treatment and referral of all injuries and occupational and non-occupational diseases
• Perform work activities which are within the scope allowed by the nursing profession by participating in medical examinations, and if more extensive examinations are needed, refer the same to a physician or accompany to nearest hospital, as necessary.
• Validate medical certificate for fit to work clearance
• Organize, participate, and administer a health service program integrating occupational safety and health through consolidation, analysis of available clinic data and providing recommendations for improvement of working environment affecting the health and well-being of the employees.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education (Preferred):
• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Registered Nurse (RN)
Experience:
• At least 2 years of work experience in the related field
• Has experience on establishing EHS related policies and procedures
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledgeable in Philippine regulatory requirements (DOLE, BFP, DENR, etc.)
Certifications:
• BOSH Training
