I. Purpose

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role in attracting, identifying, and hiring high-quality talent to support the company’s growth and success. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand workforce requirements, develop effective recruitment strategies, and manage full-cycle hiring processes. Leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition, you will build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates while ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.

II. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, job posting, and offer preparation for various roles
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and coordinate with onboarding and Compensation & Benefits for pre-employment requirements
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience while meeting KPIs such as TAT, fill rate, and cost per hire
  • Support audits, process improvements, and promote the company’s employer brand
  • Provide guidance to junior team members and perform other tasks as assigned

III. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a business-related course with at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills with the ability to engage all organizational levels
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) with strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ability to maintain confidentiality

IV. Working Conditions

  • Hybrid work setup with reporting to Makati City office and a compressed Monday–Friday schedule
  • Willing to render overtime and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders both onsite and virtually
