PURPOSE

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plan and coordinate projects, including developing schedules, allocating resources, and ensuring alignment across design, engineering, and implementation teams.
- Provide technical oversight by reviewing specifications, resolving engineering issues, and conducting site inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Manage project budgets and timelines by preparing cost estimates, tracking progress, and identifying and mitigating risks.
- Ensure quality and safety by enforcing regulations, overseeing quality control processes, and addressing deviations or corrective actions.
- Supervise contractors and project teams, assign tasks, and promote collaboration across multidisciplinary groups.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting, including project records, progress updates, approvals, and closeout requirements.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
B. Competency
- Strong technical knowledge in engineering and project management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Familiarity with safety and quality standards.
