DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and administer the LMS platform (SkillStation), including system configuration, user access and permissions, and course setup and deployment to ensure smooth and effective learning delivery.
• Upload, maintain, and organize learning content such as training materials, onboarding decks, and course resources, ensuring accuracy, version control, and accessibility.
• Monitor LMS performance and usage, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate issue resolution with IT teams or external vendors to maintain system stability and user satisfaction.
• Support the automation of learning workflows, including course assignments, completion tracking, evaluations, and compliance processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Generate, analyze, and present LMS reports such as usage metrics, completion rates, and compliance reports to support leadership decision‑making and continuous improvement initiatives.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Educational Technology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Certifications in LMS administration or e‑learning systems are preferred
Experience
• 2–3 years of experience managing or supporting LMS platforms (e.g., SkillStation, Moodle, Blackboard, Cornerstone)
• Experience in course creation, content upload, user management, and LMS reporting and analytics
• Familiarity with SCORM/xAPI standards and blended learning environments
Skills and Competencies
• Proficiency in LMS/LXP administration (SkillStation, Moodle, Cornerstone, SuccessFactors)
• Strong understanding of learning workflows and content standards (SCORM/xAPI)
• Excellent data management skills with strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with learning technologies and user experience design principles
• Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills
• Customer‑oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
WORKING CONDITIONS
• May require extended working hours, including weekends or holidays, depending on project requirements or urgent system issues
