DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides sales and administrative support for daily sales operations
- Prepares sales requirements, purchase requisitions, sales orders, and delivery requests
- Monitors sales records, bookings, purchase orders, and delivery status
- Handles database management, reports, schedules, and documentation
- Prepares bidding, accreditation, eligibility, and technical documents
- Coordinates with clients, suppliers, distributors, insurance partners, and internal teams
- Assists in processing reimbursements, client inquiries, and administrative tasks
- Supports Sales, PM, SDM, and SA teams in operational requirements
- Performs other duties assigned by management and the sales group
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- College Graduate
Minimum Experience/Training
- No required minimum experience/training, fresh graduate will do
Competency
- Highly competitive, self-starter who is organized, discipline and goal-oriented individual who can work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Willing to work beyond office hours
