DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manages and drives success of Trends Academy’s Learning and Development product portfolio.
- Tracks product performance metrics and supports sales teams in promoting training solutions.
- Coordinates with vendor partners on pricing, scheduling, service delivery, and negotiations.
- Manages vendor relationships, including performance monitoring, service delivery, and contract alignment.
- Conducts market research and develops marketing strategies for IT training and certification programs.
- Collaborates with internal teams and partners to support product development and business growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education (preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in IT or related fields (e.g., Cisco, Microsoft, CompTIA, ITIL)
- Experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain is an advantage
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and analysis
- Analytical, resourceful, and creative with strong problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled in stakeholder management, presentations, and cross-functional coordination
