DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and manage the centralized Learning and Development calendar, trackers, databases, and monitoring systems to ensure accurate, timely and organized documentation of training and talent development activities.
- Coordinate, administer and support the implementation of training programs, learning sessions, meetings, orientations, onboarding activities, and other employee development initiatives.
- Assist in the development and execution of learning and development strategies, programs, and initiatives aligned with organizational and business goals.
- Conduct training programs such as but not limited to orientations, policy refreshers, career counseling sessions, and meet-and-greet sessions related to employee development programs.
- Administer employee transfer and movement processes, ensuring timely coordination, proper documentation and compliance with established procedures.
- Manage the internship program, including onboarding, orientation, monitoring, engagement, documentation, and preparation of internship certificates.
- Prepare, update, and maintain learning materials, presentations, manuals, course collateral, agreements, certificates, reports, and other learning and development documentation.
- Upload, validate, analyze, and maintain employee training records, certifications, competency data, and related documents in the HRIS and other learning databases.
QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- · Graduate of any 4-year course
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- · 1 year experience in talent development, training or related HR function
- · Experience in coordinating training programs, employee development initiatives, or HR administrative processes is an advantage.
C. Competency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.
