DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement procurement strategies and policies. Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers while negotiating favorable contracts. Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve supplier issues. Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier database. Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve procurement processes. Lead contract negotiations and manage procurement risks. Supervise, mentor, and develop the procurement team. Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies. Monitor procurement spending and provide reports. Implement process improvements, automation, and digitalization.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (preferred):
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Experience:
• At least 10 years of procurement experience with strong background in sourcing, negotiation, and vendor management.
• Experience leading teams.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills, knowledge of procurement systems and ERP, understanding of procurement regulations and risk management, excellent communication, and strong attention to detail.
Certifications (preferred):
• Procurement certifications (CSCP, CPSM) are an advantage.
