I. PURPOSE

II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure project quality by complying with standards, safety regulations, and client specifications, including conducting inspections and tests.
• Review and recommend technical and construction specifications to maintain quality standards.
• Identify and report safety hazards or discrepancies, and coordinate with the Resident Engineer and project stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain progress reports, documentation, and QA/QC policies and procedures.
• Conduct audits, monitor compliance, and recommend improvements to processes.
• Assist in project closeout activities, including punch listing and final inspections.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree.
• 2–3 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects.

IV. COMPETENCY

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to assess risks and implement mitigation strategies.
