DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop sales strategies and business plans with the Business Unit Head to meet revenue goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Account Managers to ensure high performance and team cohesion.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance; implement action plans to achieve targets.
• Identify and penetrate new markets; manage sales leads and prospects.
• Oversee SFDC updates, pricing accuracy, and sales reporting.
• Support complex proposals, tenders, and client presentations.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage departmental expenses within budget.
• Assist in recruitment and participate in marketing events as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree
Experience
• Experience in Account Management or Sales leadership roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Goal-oriented, adaptable, and skilled in problem-solving.
• IT technical sales experience is a plus.
• Willing to work beyond regular hours when necessary.
• Open to local and international travel as required.
