DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Act as technical advisor for CAI DWDM/OTN/FTTx solutions, providing expertise on implementation requests and project requirements.

• Install, implement, and oversee CAI DWDM/OTN/FTTx solutions, ensuring quality standards and adherence to agreed designs and schedules.

• Conduct trainings, knowledge transfers, and project meetings during implementation stages to support effective execution and client satisfaction.

• Coordinate with principals, subcontractors, and project teams to resolve technical issues, monitor installations, and ensure proper documentation.

• Collaborate with sales and engineering teams, prepare as-built documents, and maintain credibility with customers through technical expertise.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• A graduate of any 4-year course

Experience:

• Proficient in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience in Pre-Sales Services is an advantage
