DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement, manage, maintain, upgrade, and provide technical support for network and network security systems, including project implementation of network and security devices.
- Handle implementation and post-sales activities, provide consultation and phone, email, and onsite technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and update project activities with the immediate superior, Project Manager, and Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for project implementations and key accounts.
- Lead project implementation activities and ensure completion based on agreed timelines.
- Lead technical discussions with customers, principals, internal teams, and stakeholders regarding deployment methodologies, incidents, root cause analysis, and other technical matters.
- Utilize job tools and applications effectively and ensure timely updating and closure of assigned service desk cases.
- Attend client meetings, conduct Proof of Concept (POC) activities, and deliver technical presentations when required.
- Create reports, technical documentation, and low-level design documents.
- Provide 24×7 standby incident support, participate in on-call rotations, and work on shifting schedules from home or onsite as required.
- Share technical knowledge, mentor fellow engineers, and develop expertise as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned Network and Security products.
- Acquire product-related training, professional certifications, and soft skills training as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Education
- Graduate of a 4-year IT-related course such as BS in Electronics Engineering, BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering, BS in Information Technology, BS in Computer Engineering, BS in Computer Science, or BS in Information System.
Minimum Experience/Training
- At least 2 years of related experience leading implementation activities and providing lead-level support for Network and Security solutions.
- Experience with any of the following technologies is preferred: Fortinet, Palo Alto, Cisco Firepower, Check Point, and Routing & Switching.
- Holder of a CCNA certification or any associate-level certification in networking and/or network security.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, perform onsite or work-from-home assignments, and participate in on-call incident support rotations.
