DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Pre Sales Stage

• Logging in TrendsAscend (Opportunity Creation & Updates, PSR)
• Coordination of BoM (Bill of Materials) availability
• Plotting of SOR
• Preparation of Quotation / Proposal
• Submission of Quotation / Proposal as advised by AM,
• Coordination of POC (Proof of Concept) / SU (Service Unit)
• Creation of Deal / Quote in CCW (Cisco Commerce Workspace)

Implementation Stage

• Filling out of NCF (Non-Cancellation Form)
• Filing of Ivanti Ticket for Implementation,
• Monitoring of ETA
• Coordination with TG (Technology Group) for Implem and Acceptance Docs for Non-PM Managed Projects

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

• Graduate of any 4-year course

Minimum Experience/Training

• Fresh graduate or with experience

Competency

• Sense of Urgency
• Organized in deliverables, attention to details is a must
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and goal oriented
• Knowledge in Information Technology Technical Sales is an advantage
