DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Administer company-initiated and government-mandated employee benefit programs, including HMO, loans, and other rewards and perks, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with vendors, government agencies, and internal stakeholders to process enrollments, updates, billings, and compliance requirements.
• Monitor, document, and update all Compensation & Benefits transactions across HR systems, tracking tools, and IVANTI ticketing on a daily basis.
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain Compensation & Benefits reports, documentation, and records for audits, budgeting, and management review.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support HR initiatives, projects, and continuous process improvement related to Compensation & Benefits.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Graduate of any 4-year course
Experience
• At least 6 months of experience in Compensation and Benefits or Employee Benefits administration
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel; experience with HRIS is an advantage
