DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work closely with Account Managers to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer account records and assist in pricing proposals.
• Support new business development and manage existing client accounts.
• Respond to customer inquiries and help resolve concerns promptly.
• Prepare client presentations, reports, cost sheets, and proposals.
• Provide daily operational support to customers and ensure service satisfaction.
• Participate in seminars, workshops, training, and marketing activities.
• Identify business improvements and contribute to customer deliverables.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (preferred):
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
Experience
• Open to fresh graduates.
• Responsible, competitive, hardworking, and with strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle stress, pressure, and constructive criticism.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic skills; leadership background is an advantage.
