DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Generate revenue by identifying market opportunities, qualifying leads, forecasting sales, and closing deals while meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for client concerns and requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and manage sales documentation including forecasts, proposals, cost sheets, SOR creation, SOPO updates, and account records.
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, prepare reports and presentations, and support marketing activities and business development initiatives.
