DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develops and executes sales strategies to strengthen market position and competitiveness
- Acquires new customers while growing and retaining existing accounts
- Builds strong relationships with clients, partners, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepares proposals, bids, contracts, pricing, and sales documentation
- Manages and updates sales opportunities and records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensures post-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction and retention
- Coordinates with internal teams, partners, and resellers for solution delivery
- Maintains strong product knowledge and communicates solution benefits effectively
- Participates in training, events, and industry sessions to stay updated on market trends
- Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate of any four- or five-year collegiate course preferably in the field of Business, Engineering or Information and Communication Technology
Minimum Experience/Training
- Solid experience in handing corporate/enterprise accounts (B2B) or IT Sales.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or any related role. C. Competency
