I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a competitive sales strategy that anticipates competitor actions and places Trends as the best in the market to meet customer objectives.
- Acquire new customers to expand the business.
- Protect and grow the revenue of existing customers.
- Forge a strong relationship with partners, vendors and clients.
- Generate proposals and prepare bid documents, statement of works and contracts.
- Regularly update, monitor and validate sales opportunities via salesforce.
- Provide post-sales services to customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Provide timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all opportunities.
- Maintains accurate records of all pricing, sales, and activity reports
- Coordinate with internal business partners, Technology Groups, Resellers/Partners/Principals.
- Obtain strong knowledge of the solutions being offered and effective relay its benefits to customers.
- Participate in events such as trainings, seminars, enablement sessions, technology updates, learning sessions and trade shows to gain knowledge & acquire competitive & market insights.
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned as needed.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of any four- or five-year collegiate course preferably in the field of Business, Engineering or Information and Communication Technology
- Solid experience in handing corporate/enterprise accounts (B2B) or IT Sales.
- Proven work experience as an Account Manager or any related role. C. Competency
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Advance knowledge & familiarity of the industry (market insights, drivers, stakeholders & others)
- Able to formulate business plans & strategies.
