Key Responsibilities
1. Campaign & Marketing Support
- Assist in planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (digital, events, partnerships, and content)
- Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives for product and solution launches
- Help monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations
2. Digital Marketing & Social Media
- Support content calendar development and scheduling across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Assist in content coordination, publishing, and quality checking
3. Events & Sponsorship Execution
- Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, webinars, and brand activations
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal teams for logistics and deliverables
4. Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target markets
5. Sales & Partner Enablement
- Assist in developing marketing and sales materials (presentations, pitch decks, solution briefs)
6. Website Inquiry Management & Coordination
- Assist in handling and routing inquiries from website and email channels
7. Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized records of campaigns, events, content, and inquiries
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and tracking action items
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage
- Interest in B2B marketing and technology solutions is a plus
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
