DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Consumer & Market Research: Lead the design and execution of consumer research, social listening, competitive analysis, and industry-driven studies to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that inform broader marketing strategy.
• Data Interpretation & Insights: Transform raw data from diverse marketing sources (e.g., website, social media, email, traditional advertising, direct mail, campaigns) into actionable insights, providing data-driven recommendations to enhance overall marketing strategies and improve business outcomes.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and accuracy of data sources used across all marketing channels and platforms, including those from research initiatives.
• A/B Testing & Optimization: Assist in A/B testing of marketing content, landing pages, and campaigns to optimize conversion rates and identify the most effective strategies based on data.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education (Preferred):
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
Experience:
• At least 7 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, consumer research, or a related field, with a strong focus on both digital and traditional marketing environments.
• Proven track record of transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights and strategic recommendations for various marketing initiatives.
Technical Knowledge:
• Proficient in Google Analytics and other analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker Studio).
• Strong understanding and practical experience with consumer research methodologies and tools (e.g., survey platforms, social listening tools, focus group analysis).
