Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams, provide technical guidance when needed, and comply with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
- Support and improve NOC operations, network infrastructure, and security services to ensure operational efficiency, service excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Install, configure, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot network and security systems including routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and related infrastructure.
- Handle escalated incidents, service requests, and network/security issues while ensuring timely resolution, SLA compliance, and proper documentation.
- Implement security controls, system changes, preventive actions, and process improvements while supporting audits, reporting, and knowledge management.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate of any IT-related course such as Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Studies, or Electronics Engineering.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Network, System, or Security Administration/Engineering.
- With training or certifications in IT Service Management, Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, or Cybersecurity.
