DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitors, acknowledges and assigns service requests received from the employees.
• Coordinates service requests and provide instructions to the Outsourced Workers.
• Serves as the main Point of Contact (POC) for any housekeeping, courier and service
vehicle-related concerns and inquiries.
• Reviews and validates Daily Time Record (DTR) of all Outsourced Workers.
• Assists with the preparation and processing of requests for payment and expense
reports.
• Organizes and maintains physical and electronic files, records, and documents.
• Manages office and cleaning supplies inventory and coordinates with vendors to ensure
the regular supply of materials.
• Responsible for key handling management.
• Any other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Education (preferred):
• Graduate of any Bachelor’s degree.
