DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct pre-qualification process to optimize or narrow down the vendors to be invited to RFP or RFQ.
• Float a competitive tender/bidding through RFP or RFQ for goods/services that have standard technical specifications.
• Propose supplier selection/market scan and evaluation criteria in coordination with the end user and jointly approved by user department and Procurement department.
• Conduct technical and commercial evaluation, in coordination with the user/technical team based on criteria set by user department. While the commercial evaluation will be in accordance with the Finance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration and accounting

Experience:

• At least 4 years’ experience gained from Construction companies
