DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provides administrative and sales support for daily operations
- Processes sales orders, purchase requests, and expense reports
- Coordinates with clients, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams
- Prepares and monitors sales, training, and documentation reports
- Handles bidding, accreditation, and delivery-related documents
- Assists with client inquiries, reimbursements, and account support
- Maintains records, master data, vouchers, and other sales-related information
- Supports meeting coordination, shipping schedules, and other assigned tasks
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Graduate of any 4-year course or a short admin-course
Minimum Experience/Training
- Experience in office administration is an advantage
- With good interpersonal and communications skills to ensure consistent messages are communicated to internal customers / stakeholders, able to work well in a team environment and adhere to the highest ethical standards.
Competency
- Knowledge in MS Productivity such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Ability to create and analyze reports using Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrate high level of organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team – especially in complex and ambiguous work environments.
- Detail and results oriented with a strong sense of customer service.
