I. PURPOSE
The Service Architect designs, defines, and governs managed and consulting service solutions across the MSP portfolio, ensuring alignment with ITIL best practices, business goals, and regulatory requirements. The role bridges customers, Sales, and Operations to deliver scalable, operationally sound, and value-driven services.
II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design end-to-end service architectures for Managed Security, Infrastructure, and Consulting Services.
- Translate customer and market requirements into viable, scalable service solutions.
- Support pre-sales activities, including client presentations, discovery sessions, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Ensure smooth service transition, onboarding, and operational readiness.
- Drive standardization, innovation, and continuous improvement across services.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, SLAs/OLAs, and contractual obligations.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, or related field.
- 7–10 years’ experience in service design, solution architecture, or MSP consulting.
- Strong background in managed services (Security, Infrastructure, Cloud, Applications).
- Experience with ITSM, SIEM, SOAR, XDR, and monitoring platforms.
- Preferred certifications: ITIL v4, Cloud Architect, Security (CISSP/CISM), TOGAF, Agile/DevOps.
