DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for security and network operations, troubleshooting complex issues and escalations.
• Administer and optimize SIEM, EDR/NDR, threat intelligence, and monitoring platforms.
• Develop and maintain detection rules, SOAR playbooks, scripts, and automation workflows.
• Manage ITSM, network monitoring, and endpoint management systems.
• Improve operational efficiency, system reliability, threat detection, and service delivery.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Network Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience

• Hands-on experience in security and network operations, SIEM administration, and detection engineering.
• Proficiency in SOAR automation, scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash), and REST APIs.
• Experience with EDR/NDR, threat intelligence, ITSM, network monitoring, and endpoint management platforms.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills; relevant security, networking, or ITSM certifications are an advantage.
