DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Complete assigned tasks in line with established processes and escalation procedures while ensuring SLA compliance and system availability.
• Triage and resolve incidents, process service requests, analyze SIEM/SOAR alerts, and prepare RCA reports following defined playbooks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, identify process gaps, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Manage client access and IT assets, report high-risk or non-compliant items, and maintain proper documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education (preferred):
• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience:
• 1–2 years of experience in Security Operations or incident response
Certifications (preferred):
• Relevant ITSM or cybersecurity certifications (e.g., eCIR, ECIH, GCIH, CySA+, CSIH)
