I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting with RFP responses and other related documents for Software Solution Product
- Implementation and Support for Software Solution (Microsoft Roles and Services / Office 365 / M365)
- Assisting with RFP responses and other related documents
- Participate in 24×7 On-call support rotation schedule
- Perform Demo Microsoft Product On-premise / Office 365 / M365
- Facilitate, lead and document meetings and discussions.
- Assist in capacity planning, data center buildouts and performing software / firmware upgrades
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- A graduate of any 4-year IT related courses
B. Minimum Experience/Training
- Perform basic server administration and monitoring
