DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assesses customer requirements and provides solution designs for CAI (DWDM/OTN/FTTx) projects.
• Prepares Bill of Materials (BOM), technical documents, diagrams, and presentations for pre-sales support and bidding.
• Conducts knowledge transfer, training, and project meetings during planning and initial implementation stages.
• Coordinates with sales teams, principals, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues and ensure project alignment.
• Prepares HLD/LLD and ensures proper documentation turnover to the implementation team.
• Reviews and validates BOM and pricing from external teams.
• Performs other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education (preferred):

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field

Experience:

• Experience in network planning and design for small- to large-scale deployments
• Knowledge of DWDM, OTN, and FTTx technologies and network infrastructure
• Familiar with structured cabling, surveying, and AutoCAD
• Understanding of network implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting is a plus
• Willing to travel, work extended hours, and be assigned outside Metro Manila
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Good communication, reporting, and basic installation skills
