I. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Application Delivery Products, including conducting POCs, implementation, post-support, and integration requirements
- Lead and manage a team of 3–5 Systems Engineers
- Lead small to medium network and security implementation projects, providing timely updates to the Project Team, Group Leads, and/or Technology Manager
- Lead small to medium proof-of-concept (POC) activities
- Use essential job tools and applications diligently
- Manage daily team activity schedules (pre-sales, implementation, and support cases), ensuring all tasks are on track and aligned with agreed timelines
- Monitor and track team cases, ensuring efficient and timely closure of all tickets
- Provide technical support to internal and external stakeholders, including:
- Customers
- Principals / Business Partners
- Account / Sales Teams
- Act as the first level of technical escalation for Systems Engineers
- Lead network assessment engagements
- Prepare and produce:
- High-Level Design (HLD) documents
- Low-Level Design (LLD) documents
- Technical write-ups
- Comparative analysis
- Use cases for technical knowledge and documentation improvement
II. QUALIFICATIONS
A. Minimum Education
- Graduate of any 4-year IT-related course, such as:
- BS Electronics Engineering
- BS Electronics and Communications Engineering
- BS Information Technology
- BS Computer Engineering
- BS Computer Science
- BS Information Systems
B. Minimum Experience / Training
- Experience in Network and Security or any IT-related field is required as well as basic understanding of the ff:
a) Active Directory
b) Email systems, including O365
c) Basic networking services such as DHCP and DNS
d) Basic cloud services.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in leading project implementations
- Professional-level certification is required
