I. PURPOSE
Provide strategic and operational leadership for 24/7 security operations, enhancing processes, capabilities, and service quality to support business growth and client retention.

II. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and oversee 24x7x365 Managed Security Services (MSS) operations, ensuring SLA compliance, incident management (P1/P2), and efficient shift operations, while enforcing policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Direct threat intelligence, threat hunting, and incident response activities, including cyber threat research, malware analysis, IOC identification, and reporting across multiple clients.
• Drive service management practices (availability, capacity, risk, continuity, change, and service levels) and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows, documentation, and overall service maturity.
• Build and develop team capabilities through performance management, training, and mentorship, while ensuring knowledge management, process compliance, and continuous improvement.

III. QUALIFICATIONS

Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Experience
Minimum 5 years in a 24/7 Security Operations Center with expertise in MSS, incident response, threat intelligence, and threat hunting.

Certifications / Training (at least two)
IT Service Management, IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, or Threat Intelligence (e.g., CTIA, GCTI, OSINT training).

Core Competencies
Cybersecurity expertise, networking and systems knowledge, familiarity with frameworks (MITRE ATT&CK, NIST, ITIL), and strong analytical and communication skills.
