I. PURPOSE
Support the development and enhancement of TIP/VM solutions by assisting in implementation, client engagements, and continuous improvement while collaborating with teams to ensure timely delivery.
II. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Execute assigned tasks following processes, policies, and escalation procedures while maintaining professionalism and teamwork.
• Support TIP/VM platform implementation, configuration, documentation, service catalog updates, and coordination with technical teams.
• Assist in platform availability, monitoring, troubleshooting, SLA/OLA compliance, and incident/problem management, including change support and access requests.
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
Experience
1–2 years in Information Security or related experience, with familiarity in TIP/VM tools, MITRE ATT&CK, networking, and cybersecurity fundamentals.
Preferred Certifications
ITIL, CompTIA Security+/Network+, CEH, or other relevant certifications.
